About the Chef
With over 13 years of culinary and pastry experience, I'm an award-winning pastry chef known for creating hyper-realistic cakes that blur the line between dessert and art. My work has been featured on Food Network, Hulu, and A&E, and I have also had the honor of winning multiple pastry and cake decorating competitions throughout my career. These experiences have allowed me to showcase my passion for creativity, precision, and pushing the boundaries of modern pastry.
My love for baking began when I first watched the show Cake Boss. Seeing the over-the-top cakes completely captivated me, and I remember thinking, that’s exactly what I want to do. From that moment on, I worked relentlessly to sharpen my skills, refine my flavors, and develop my craft.
I specialize in creating hyper-realistic cakes that transform everyday objects, textures, and ideas into edible works of art while maintaining exceptional flavor and quality.
The inspiration behind my brand also comes from a few things I love most: cinnamon rolls, baking, and bunnies. Over the years I’ve had three pet rabbits named Mochi, Tofu, and Bento (I’ve always had a habit of naming my pets after food). That mix of sweetness, personality, and creativity is the heart behind everything I create.
Beyond the kitchen, I’m also a proud mom of two, balancing motherhood with my passion for pastry and entrepreneurship. That same love, dedication, and drive carries into every cake I create.
