FOR CUSTOM ORDERS;
Please allow 48-72 hours for a response to your inquiry. All messages are answered in the order they are received. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and event date. Orders are not confirmed until deposit has been received.The remaining 50% balance is due on or before the day of pick up.In the event of a cancellation, all deposits are non-refundable. If your event is rescheduled, your deposit may be transferred to a new date subject to availability. In the event of a medical emergency, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, we will work with you to reschedule your order when possible. While we always aim to extend grace, custom products are time-sensitive and often prepared in advance.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order by sending an inquiry with as much detail as possible—theme, size, flavors, date, and inspiration photos. The more detailed, the better!
How far in advance should I order?
I recommend placing your order at least 2–4 weeks in advance. Custom and detailed cakes may require more time depending on availability.
Do you accept last-minute orders?
Occasionally, depending on my schedule. A rush fee may apply.
How much are your cakes?
Pricing varies based on size, design, and level of detail. Each cake is custom, so quotes are provided after reviewing your request.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on or before pickup.
Can you recreate a cake I saw online?
I can use inspiration photos as a reference, but I always add my own creative touch to make your cake unique.
What types of cakes do you specialize in?
I specialize in custom cakes, including hyper-realistic designs, vintage styles, cakes for all occasions and desserts.
Can I choose my own flavors and fillings?
Yes! You can mix and match from my flavor and filling menu to create something perfect for you
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, delivery is available for an additional fee. The first 5 miles are free, then $2 per mile after that.

What happens after pickup?
Once the cake leaves my hands, I am not responsible for any damage. Please handle with care and keep refrigerated if needed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. If your event is moved, I will do my best to accommodate a new date based on availability
What if I need to make changes to my order?
Changes must be made at least 5–7 days before your pickup date. Last-minute changes may not be possible.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the custom nature of my work, refunds are not offered once the order is completed.
